Daniel G. De Pasquale, Esq.
Daniel G. De Pasquale is a member and founder of the Firm. He has represented clients in a variety of litigation matters, including real property, estate, family and employment cases as well as in transactional matters. His clients include corporations, investors, and individuals. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. De Pasquale gained years of valuable experience at Cullen and Dykman LLP wherein he represented lenders, banks, corporations, and other financial institutions. While in law school, Mr. De Pasquale served as an intern to the Honorable John B. Riordan of the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court. He served as Articles Editor of the Touro Law Review and published Larabee v. Governor, 26 Touro L. Rev. 759. Additionally, he was Co-Director of the Student Colloquium, Faculty Fellow, Teaching Assistant, and earned placement on the Dean’s List several times. He was also Director of the Touro Law Incubator from 2016-2018 advising small firms and solo practitioners on law practice set up and launches. In 2022, Mr. DePasquale was added as Special Master to the Appellate Division, 2nd Department’s prestigious list.
