Surrogate’s, Guardianship & Related Matters

Daniel G. De Pasquale, Esq. is a Certified Guardian and Court Evaluator. He  is appointed Guardian, Attorney for the Alleged Incapacitated Person, Guardian ad Litem, and Court Evaluator, as well as other appointments by various judges in New York State.  He also gained valuable experience as an intern in with the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court early in his career.

We have represented clients in kinship hearings, probate and administration contexts, and have drafted wills and estate plans, among other activities.

Our firm also advises our clients regarding planning for the possibility of incapacity and health care declaration as well as representation in Guardianship proceedings in both 17A and Article 81 Courts throughout the State.
